Sport is an area where I’ve gained a great deal of experience. As a youngster I always played multiple sports including football, tennis, golf and athletics. I played semi-professional football as I was growing up whilst continuing to show an interest in other sporting activities. By replicating movements of the chosen sport I can help to improve the athletic performance for individuals within a variety of sports.

Cardiovascular fitness

Cardiovascular fitness is sometimes a bit of a forgotten discipline within an ever-increasing world of strength and conditioning. I am a regular runner and have completed multiple endurance events and am currently putting myself through a gruelling 16-week marathon program as I’m competing in the New York marathon in November. I can use the science behind cardiovascular training along with my experiences and apply its relevance to your set goals and help with running technique advice.
