Strength and Resistance Training
For a balanced fitness programme strength training is essential. At around the age of 30 we start to lose 3 to 5 percent of lean muscle mass per year thanks to the natural aging process. With just two strength training sessions per week we can improve our bone density, structure and functional performance as well as burning lots of calories during and after your workouts!
