Children and young people’s fitness and wellbeing is something we are really passionate about at Jack Green Fitness. Being parents ourselves we understand the importance of creating a positive relationship with health and exercise from an early age.
We like to encourage young people to feel confident about themselves and their abilities to exercise, even if they have not been picked for the A teams in sport. This is why we have launched our kids fitness classes, for those who enjoy exercise, or would like to get into exercising, away from the competitive team sports. Whether their goals are to improve fitness and strength or just to get moving and improve their general wellbeing and mental health, our classes are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.
