Since 2014 Jack Green Fitness team have been delivering amazing bootcamp classes to hundreds of clients. Our workouts are 45 minutes and are based on high intensity interval training which is very effective for fat burning and cardiovascular fitness as well as building muscle definition.

Our body weight classes are suitable for all fitness levels and ages and include exercises for all muscle groups to provide a total body workout.

The structured sessions are all different and are designed to give you a more effective session, to ensure you hit all muscle groups.
