Bootcamp 21


Since 2014 the Jack Green Fitness team have been providing Bootcamp classes in the great outdoors to hundreds of clients! Our challenging workouts are 45 minutes and are based on high intensity interval training which is a very effective way of burning fat, improving cardiovascular fitness as well as building muscle definition.

We welcome all fitness levels, ages and abilities to our classes and always make sure we motivate and encourage our members to work to the best of their abilities.

The structured sessions are all fun and challenging and because they are all outdoors no session is ever the same. We train in sunshine, rain, wind and mud and the weather and outdoor elements add variety to each class.

Location: Our classes take place in Marble Hill Park (Twickenham) – meeting place is by the car park. During the Autumn/Winter months, our evening classes take place at Orleans Park School, Richmond Road (Twickenham) on the AstroTurf pitch.

  • Best workout in London! I love Training with Bootcamp21 at their numerous sessions held throughout the week as they’re always fun, varied and extremely tough! Every session is different and never compromises on intensity or creativity and can be tailored to all abilities. They are very aware of everyone’s individual ability meaning you’re pushed to your limit in each workout and you can never get away with ‘Harry half reps’! My previous hatred towards the dreaded burpee has miraculously turned into love, which certainly wouldn’t have happened if I was training alone at the gym. Couldn’t recommend Jack Green Fitness highly enough!
